I was just watching a press conference yesterday and the President of Iran or the Defense Minister (i don't remember right now) was giving a speech, and right when he was about to finish, he returned once more and said something like: Oh, before I forget...Iran has the nuke!!!
That was like...weirdand all the journalists started to make questions again...damn...the nuke in a country under that pressure is ....good or bad? Would that keep enemies away or the contrary?

Don't worry, if Iran had a nuclear weapon it wouldn't be revealed in some passing comment at the end of a speech. It would be announced all over news networks, there would be parades, speeches, etc. etc. Getting a nuke isn't something a country keeps quiet about, that defeats the whole purpose of having a nuke.

Sorry to say this but you're not entirely right. Nukes are meant to be fired in case they have to be. Other thing is that they are meanwhile used as a persuasion and that stuff, but there's the MDA theory, or Mutual Destruction Assured theory and...well, read that name again, it's very explicit. Nuclear hellfire...all over!

I posted already I watched it on tv...sorry but no links here. I only remember they were talking about that new 5th gen warplane, the Conqueror 313, and they said that about the nuke. I can recall more about the plane because i am a huge fan of warplanes, but...nukes, well....but i guess something that important must be all over the net. try and Google it...

Either you misunderstood something or it was propaganda. Though if Ahmadinejad or the Defense Secretary actually claimed Iran had a nuclear weapon on TV it would be all over the news anyway. And if it was propaganda that would becthe stupidest thing they could do as they've been trying to convinxe everyone they aten't trying to make nuclear weapons.

Irans nuke would be a global security disaster, and on the off chance it werent US, EU, China, Russia and the like would still take it as one
