Don't you think the mystical elements of Naruto are becoming more and more scientific lately like how The Force in Star Wars was retconned with Midichlorians? Power lying within the cells of Hashirama that could be cultivated and used by anyone, Sharingans having a bioneurological origin, Living Clones,etc. are you pleased with the recent incorporations of science fiction in a mystical universe like Naruto?

Midichlorians made me remember of mitochondria, which made me remind of chloroplast, which made me remind senju can make wood, trees and that, which means he carry out photosynthesis, therefore he doesn't have any need to eat :OO

Of course nothing about it is grounded on scientific reality but when a fictional setting incorporates naturalistic explanations for preternatural phenomena it borders the line between mystical fantasy and science fiction
