Theory : Itachi got the Totsuka blade from Madara

So I was watching the latest episode and during one of the flashback when Itachi pierces Orochimaru with the Totsuka blade I have noticed something..

When Itachi used the Totsuka Blade, White Zetsu had no clue of what it was, Black Zetsu had to explain to him its characteristic and the story behind it​

As we all know White Zetsu is basically a copy of Hashirama while Black Zetsu is the will of Madara. This means Madara knew about the Totsuka blade and we thought no one else except Itachi and Orochimaru knew about it.

The totsuka blade and the yata sword may belong to the Uchiha clan and passed down on generations, which would explain why Itachi had it. In fact it would make sense because Orochimaru is after all that belong to the Uchihas.

So Madara had the Totsuka Blade and the Yatta mirror and gave it to Itachi..​

Nope Itachi never met Madara and Madara also never had the Totsuka. Actually I guess that those are the weapons of the Uzumaki clan

White zetsu didn't have hashi's memories for all he also knew about it and it may have been some kind of uzumaki weapon.

Anything could be true... The fight with the eight headed snake and susanoo with a sealing sword and shield is based on an actual event in Japanese mythology... It was more of a reference of the mythology than storyline.. Nothing more than that.

Tobi was Itachi's mentor. Tobi witnessed Itachi awakening the MS. Also Zetsu was Tobi's spy and we know for a fact that No one can detect Zetsu's presence as in case of Sasuke.

So I wouldn't be surprised if zetsu had full info on Itachi and his weapons. This should end this fail thread!

It makes sense that the Uchiha's might have it since they are descendants of the SO6P.
But Itachi couldn't know Madara if he did he would have know Obito too.Plus Madara was dead by the time Itachi left the village.
