My Youtube Account Is About To Be Terminated

So this morning I just received another copyright infringement for same ridiculous reason: using thumbnails from manga panels that are edited. The reason why do it was because other anime/manga reviewers like kingoflightning and sawyer do the same so I thought ok I guess if their accounts haven't been terminated it's fine for me to do the same. So I did I never been told I was copyright infringing until three cases which don't even make sense because I use the same thumbnails everyone else uses. And in my recent One Piece Chapter Review the thumbnail even had a new line art and colored artwork of one of the panels so that really isn't copyright infringing. Yes I do have a panel of Aokiji throughout the whole video because it was an audio review, but even so I've done the same thing numerous of times and I've never received a copyright complaint and a lot of anime/manga reviewers do the same as well. Most of them don't even edit the panels at all and don't even get copyright infringement.


So I just want your opinion guys. Should I sent a counter-copyright complaint because they said I could or should I just let this account be terminated like that because if I send this counter complaint and they don't think otherwise I could get sued.

I just wouldn't worry about it. There's not really much of a point to you going out of your way to do reviews in the first place.

Other reviewers usually change the thumbnail to a 'manga colouring' so they avoid receiving infringements.

It's all luck based I believe.. I've never been given a strike in my animated videos (or anything for that matter). I've gotten the random "this is blocked in some countries" or "this may be copyrighted media" or whatever, but no strike and certainly no termination.

Fight the copyright if you want, but I'd use colored images or something from then on if you want to avid anything.

Yeah but the problem is I did you colored images just to avoid this situation

I've sent a complaint numerous times to youtube but they never replied. I've asked higher up youtubes and I did the same thing they said: get colored panels from deviantart. But still it doesn't work so yeah I've decided just to quit this channel. There's no point at all since they said they'll terminate my youtube account in a week and I can't even upload any more videos they blocked me from doin that.
