kakashi was able to warp himself while he was in the other dimension so he got back and if he warp himself in the real dimension he'll go to the other dimension(the same thing)
kakashi(withou kuarma chakra)can beat 2 biju as he can kamui their necks and go to their other dimension to avoid their bijudoma
but kakashi with current kuarma chakra can beat all biju together

Minato ftg'd away while obito was kamuing him so by extension raikage and naruto can likely dodge it. Obito is better than kakashi as well. Gaara and mei could likely out fight him if they conceal their locations. Kamui isn't instant either remember how long he had to keep deidara sighted? If he can't follow your movements he can't kill you with kamui.

so kakashi can warp anyone in nearly no time so he won't feel to deal with it (minato can't use ftg ,naruto,A can't use their speed)
when gara and mei conceal their locations it is mean that they escaped whatever kakashi's kamui faster than anything
