Because, other than the, to me, rather annoying threads about;
'Top [insert random number, usually 1,3,5 or 10] anima/manga/comics'
or
'Should I watch/read [insert anime/manga that many actually do recommend for being good(in their opinion in the first place), hence the ratings at certain online reading websites(people do actually vote when they think they've read a good manga, there's views and all that. Pay attention people!)]?' threads:
I think that's a good place to reach out to other members with similar interests in manga as well as anime, because it doesn't only stretch as far as to the Naruto franchise.

I can discuss various series there and the tone ins't as detrimental as you would observe it in some other threads.
