Alrighty then, what is Smoke? And why do you want to learn how to wield it?

Week to start out I know that kiho has been shown using smoke in naruto. And that it can be used for concealing and also attacking. Smoke unlike mist leaves no scent to be tracked via ninja hounds or inuzuka. The reason I would like to learn smoke is simple variety and also because I like fighting at long range so having smoke would work with my style. I also know that smoke is weak against water element user's as well. I could go into the difference's of real smoke and naruto smoke but they are quite obvious.

Shown using smoke is kigiri Now techs I know of would be this:
Smoke clones
Smoke dragons
Smoke concealment
Binding smoke prison
Blinding smokescreen
Multiple smoke clones

How are some ways in which smoke is made?

Well it has been shown in the manga by using launcher's. But as for how it is made I assume fire and another element I tried narutopedia but it does not list how smoke is made so I will guess and say using doton and wind to create a smoke screen

Nope, smoke itself is not an element. Its a tool just like a shuriken or a kunai. This is important because when trying to create customs for it, you can't make it materialize somewhere or get produced from your body.

So some ways smoke is made:
1. Wrist Launchers: The most common way for a smoke user. You could have one of those big clunky multi-chambers ones like Kiho used, or you can go for more sleek ones that are concealed under your wrists. Those are the ones I went with.

2. Smoke Bombs: Pretty self explanatory.

3. Explosions: Again, self explanatory.


How does one's senses become affected in the smoke?

How do you avoid affecting your own senses within the smoke?

Well it effects your sight and visibility as well as covering your scent and making hard to track a person using there scent. Leaving you to rely on touch and sound to know where or what your enemy may be up to.

Avoiding the smoke by the user would be the use of goggles or a respirator, and or a gas mask this enables you to breathe clean air and it does not effect your eyes either. Best to use smoke and attack from outside the smoke as it will make it easier to see where your enemy may come out of the smoke.

Oh I wonder if a tear gas smoke has been made or spicy chili gas like from bleach.

Grabs the gauntlets out of the air thanks, I slide the gauntlets on both hands and proceed to fiddle with them. These are quite unique sir.

Now, use your chakra to trigger the release mechanism in them and fire off smoke bombs at those trees over there.

I begin by building up some chakra and then channel my chakra into the gauntlets which are held in front of me aimed at the two outer tree's. I use my chakra to release the mechanism in the gauntlets firing off two rounds one from each gauntlet nailing the two outer tree's. Then with my left hand held aimed at the last tree's location I channel my chakra into the left gauntlet and release the mechanism saying make my day spruce. Firing another smoke bomb towards the tree ther is so much smoke now we can no longer see the tree's.

*All of the smoke bombs barely fire out of the gauntlets and explode right in front of you, blinding you and making you cough*

Grabs mask gah bout time. I take my stance again this time building up a large amount of chakra as to make the shots reach a longer range this time instead of blowing up in mah damn face. I then proceed to take aim and by channeling my built up chakra into the gauntlet I fire off three consistent rounds of smoke towards the three trees which lands just in front of the tree's creating so much smoke we can no longer see the tree's with normal eye's.

Now this time, trigger the gauntlets, but instead of firing smoke bombs just release a steady stream of thick smoke.

I begin by building up a large amount of chakra and channel it into the gauntlets releasing e trigger's an by keeping a steady flow I am able to release a stream of smoke instead of firing blast's of smoke. The stream flow's out of the gauntlets while I wave my arms around in a crazy manner alalallalallaoolelosi yelling my war cry. I then stop my chakra flow into the gauntlets and the stream of smoke stops. How was that master.

Now, fill the area around you with smoke. Part of being a smoke user is the ability to use the Smoke similar to how Kiri nin use their mist. You need to be able to navigate through the smoke as if it wasn't there. So we're going to play a game of tag. Use your senses to find me in the smoke.

Starting off I better make sure of my surrounding and where you are, then I make sure my mask is tightly and sealed on. Next I begin building up a large amount of chakra and begin channeling a steady stream of it into the gauntlets releasing the triggers shooting out a steady stream of smoke all around us. Now time to find you I use my sense of touch and smell to track you along with my ears ah I hear a twig break behind me seems you have gotten behind me master. As I hear light movements going to my left side. I then begin to grab some shuriken out of my ninja pouch and toss them to the left where a tree was supposed to be and where you were moving to.
