Sasuke has his old MS instead of his EMS at the end of Ch619

Is there any reason for Sasuke to have his MS activated instead of his EMS?

Reasons that come to mind:
Conserve chakra
Avoid alerting the hokages who are familiar with the EMS
Something is preventing him from using EMS

I just find it odd that he would not use his EMS, especially since to my knowledge Madara has only used EMS instead of MS since his revival
