But for Uchiha, they have sharingan, strong chakra and that 'hate makes strong' thing, available for every single one of Uchiha...
It's obvious that naturally Uchiha possess more power than Senju but when a Uchiha is above average strong it means he's been driven by hatred and mandness which make them somewhat low...

True, but more likely Hashirama alone. To make the balance between these two clans. But when Hashirama is gone everything changes. Hashirama will die one day.

The Senju are just not that explored... their whole clan has been handled poorly. I mean what the hell happened to all the remaining Senju in the village? Did they all randomly disappear or did they meld with all the other clans? Kishi never explained this, but if he wanted he could just as easily asspull 10 OP Senju shinobi that could rival anyone from the Uchiha except for Madara.

If Uchihas were that strong they would have never negotiated a truce with Seju's (that is the basic negotiating principle).

If your enemy is weaker than you; then there is no need for a negotiation. You can simply destroy them. This is the basic principle unless you are too good and Uchihas were never that kindhearted.
