Maybe they did fight briefly? or maybe hashi wanted to fight madara alone kinda like a pride thing. "1 on 1 time to settle this" sort of thing. Dont forget hashi and madara were rivals too so if anything hashi would be best suited to fight madara as he knows most of his abilities

If it is Madara with Kyubi I'd say he takes it since Tobirama doesn't have mokuton to suppress a bijuu. Current Madara just ROFL stomps but if it was living Tobirama vs Living EMS Madara then Tobi might have a shot. But really we still know little to nothing about the 2nd Hokage's combat prowess.

Because back then Hashi was the Hokage and he was the one accountant for the village not Tobi. By the time Tobi became Hokage, Madara was gone, hidden in the @ss of the earth.

Who would win Tobi or Madara? Tobi no difficulty, ST and Impure World Resurrection and Sensing techs for the WINSSSSSSSS. YEAH

Ok, how can some of you say Madara Wins easily? We don't know all of Tobirama's abilities + i think that during Senju vs Uchiha battles, it was Madara vs Hashirama and Izuna vs Tobirama, at least when Izuna was alive

Tobirama wasn't Hokage at the time and Madara wanted to fight for the title of Hokage, so despite their beef, it would've been pointless for Madara
