OT: Finding a thread with a quote about the Rikudou Sennin knowing about future event

I am trying to find a thread (I believe it was something about Madara giving Nagato the Rinnegan vs. Nagato being born with it) that has some quote about that the Rikudou Sennin knowing of future events but am unable to find it. The Googled and forum search terms I have used to try to find it are the following (and some more that are similarly quoted): "story says that one day a child with the Rinnegan would return", "story says that someday a child with the Rinnegan would return", "tale says that one day someone with the Rinnegan would return".

I remember the forum quote also had mentions the "sage knew that [one day/someday]".

Help please.
