During the arrival of the previous chapter,its been going around the base of how bad he was and how scared he is,am here to disagree with all this melancholy!
Tobirama was an exeptional hokage,hiruzen himself claimed that,it was pretty obvious when he was about to die,he sacrificed himself for the village,which I might add the uchiha's are part of even though they where situated outside konoha,if I remembered that manga page well,I recall uchiha Kagami being part of his team,but he sacrificed himself nonetheless.
And no he isn't like danzo,danzo is weakminded and selfish,danzo can't sacrifice himself for anyone,even konoha!
There is no Effect without cause,Tobirama won't just outrightly hate the uchiha's because they are evil,no.its said that where there's evil,there' a little good.the uchiha's might have done something that made Tobirama cautious of them!
People have also been saying tobirama is scared of the uchiha,He's not scared of Anyone(the second most powerful senju) even madara!he's only wary of him,look at how he talks to his bro,and his bro pawns madara anytime anyday(not saying he is stronger than hashi or madara)
BTW the uchiha's we are talking about are no saints themselves,who's responsible for the recent war,Madara and obito Uchiha!
The uchiha's just confirms everything tobirama said about them to be true!

Same, I didn't see anywhere where it could suggest that Tobirama is/was scared of Uchihas.
Yet he didn't want to see another Madara (people hate seeing a crazy person messing around something they like). Tobirama was just thinking for the village.

He gave them the position of police force solely to keep an eye on them and lets add that their police force hq which used to be a prison thus moving them to the outskirts of the village. Kishi has pointed everything out in a straight forward manner. Lets also add that hashirama was constantly telling tobirama to stop persecuting the uchiha. Tobirama was scarred of a second madara arising but as he tried to stop it he himself caused what he tried to prevent. Its his fault that the notion of a revolt popped into their minds. If he followed hashirama example there is a good chance that the uchiha's would be alive at present time. Like I said kishi was straight forward in this chapter, so nothing is hidden or a difficult to understand.

Before you tell me im wrong get the facts straight, obito was the one who controlled the mizukage. Now im about to throw what you said in real perspective. Ima go with 9/11 as a example. Should we persecute every arab for what one arab group did. No because upon doing this we create hatred with that group and then that hatred could escalate into another 9/11 event. Tobirama moved them to the outskirts of the village by appointing them as the police force and having what used to be a prison be their hq. Upon trying to stop the next coming of madara he created a mass of people who now agree with what madara stated. Everything so far orochimaru stated and now im re stating it. Lets continue. Hashirama told tobirama to stop persecuting the uchiha long before his death and the 2nd becoming hokage. Yet he continued to persecute the uchiha. If one senju went bad, should the uchiha persecute the senju. The uchiha banished their leader and appointed the hashirama as hokage all to keep peace between the two clans. The senju and uchiha clan are the founders of the leaf village. Yet dispit all this tobirama continued to persecute them. Truthfully, if hashirama was alive the uchiha would have more than likely still be alive.

p.s. its tobirama fault that their is a war cause his jutsu is a major part of the war. Also, madara is affiliated with the clan anymore and so truthfully the blame for the war is madara and tobirama.

Madara's moon eye plan was already in action before Tobirama did anything regarding the uchiha. Madara was broken already and wanted a new world full of winners. Even if tobirama does exactly what hashirama does, the mooneye plan is gonna commence and war will happen.
