Tobirama would lecture Sasuke not to do stupid revenge anymore. If he doesn't listen Tobirama will kick his ass. If Sasuke fight back, Tobi will use edo tensei to summon some strong characters for help. In my mind, it could be Mito and probably Izuna. Sasuke has visual power, so Izuna will deal with it. While Mito, she is an uzumaki, I'm sure she can be a great help to beat Sasuke. She could probably use some chains jutsu like Khusina's, or even worse, using death demon seal.

Not enough info on Tobirama to give it to him... maybe that'll change in the future, but right now too little to go on. Sasuke's a top 10 character on the other hand.

Hashirama has massive hype AND feats, Tobirama has only been hyped a few times in this series.

Tobirama made Edo Tensei. If he has prep Sasuke has no way of dealing with an Edo.

As for hype, all you need to know is that he was Senju #2 in a time of constant war ( remember MS Izuna = MS Madara, so, while I am not saying Tobirama = Hashirama I say he is pretty damn strong. He's bossing Hashi around and I doubt a weakling would do that. )

Tobirama's Suiton also counters Sasuke's Katon.

I still think an S-rank Suiton should beat Amaterasu.

Tobirama he is a senju and older brother of hashi and created edo tensi so i would say he has to be close to hashi power and i say sasuke<Madera so Tobirama wins

Well he doesn't have prep, nor do you know the abilities of any of the Edos he had so its a moot point in this debate.

Nothing you said gives me enough reason to put him above EMS Sasuke.
