by loving someone and embracing a person that is... you must be ready for everything... it might be a loss as well might be a long life of happiness, and therefore you must be ready, cause you can't decide whether it's going to be a good or bad relationship in the end.. you must respect death as well when the time comes :c

That only goes for Uchiha, obviously.

If you're a normal, sane person it shouldn't be a problem.

Still, same goes for anyone who cannot bear the sadness of losing something so dearly.

So, stop loving something too hard.....

Actually what he says is that a healthy relationship should not be based solely on romance because then in the event of the romance fading after some period of time , the relationship will start to crumble and in the end , after it ends , the ending will be devastating for at least one of the two.
Instead he advices that a healthy relationship should be based on compassion and understanding for each other as well as romance.

(Oh boy, I went all out Dalai Lama on you and I am not even Buddhist :p)

i just summarize everything into the word "too hard"...in a matter of speaking, have a balance in loving anything or anyone.

But it's not a matter of intensity, it's a matter of it being the only thing or not.

Also, that Dalai Lama guy likes to talk in a more complicated yet analytical way :p

That is a very general statement. Kishimoto has a thing for deflowering the innocence of young minds (obito, sasuke, nagato). It is just his common theme, and then he adds a powerup to it in the form of sharingan/rinnegan.
