also itachi has the sealing sword.

against raditz? hed break it in half or itd bounce off his skin since he lived on a planet with 10x earths gravity

Do you like Genjutsu or do you think it is stupid? I personally think it is really cool, but we've only seen Itachi and Kurunei use it to a nice degree/

Don't forget Tayuya with her flute (it was a high level genjutsu as well, shika just got lucky with his shadows), Danzo with his Kotoamatsuki Obito with his genjutsu killing Konan, there's probably more
