I Really Forgot about this Game But I Really Do Want This Game To come out!

This Is The most anticipated Games For me In my Opinion! & I also think That Rain Is Stronger Than Lightning!

No official information yet, however the 13 saga was made so that the Versus can be completed. After all, Enix said that Versus will be combining open world explore + FF7,8,9 and 10(with 13) mechanics. So naturally this will be a huge game filled with 100+ hours of playtime.
And to get that achieved on todays gen takes a tad bit. Also Enix failed when they rushed with this tittle but hey, after last 13 saga there will be Versus left as Enix stated; ''Wait a little bit more, let him have his turn''.

No. Versus XIII is correct. Completely different game from Final Fantasy XIII.

@OP: There should be some more info released hopefully this year. Rumors keep spreading around that it's cancelled but Square-Enix is assuring us the game is still in development.

No. Versus XIII is correct. Completely different game from Final Fantasy XIII.

Well atm I dunno when the hell they plan on releasing Versus considering they are making ANOTHER spin-off for XII,, this one will be called "Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII" which apparently takes place 500 yrs after the events of XIII-2, and the main protagonists are Lightning (duh), Hope, and Snow

Yea But I Don't Like How They keep continuing The Lightning Series It Might Be Good For Females Because They Have A stronge Confident Main Charcter I liked The First Lightning Game But Then They Kept Continuing it & I Got Plain :|

Lightning Returns is a direct sequel from XIII-2 and only playable character is Lightning.

Yea I've Been Waiting For A While.
But When I heard For Square Enix That It Wasn't Going To be Cancelled I Got Back On The Subject Of a final Fantasy Versus: XIII

Yeah, it is supposed to be Final Fantasy Versus XIII, not IIIX like the title says. lol

OT: I cannot wait for this game either. After the first two (soon to be three) failures of the original XIII's I really need Versus to come out to help me regain my Final Fantasy hope. Square Enix has been slipping in my opinion.
