He probably doesn't know who that is. When Tobi met Minato, Tobi didn't say that he was Tobi. Didn't he just say he was nobody? Minato might not be familiar with that name.

Minato died before Obito started using the name Tobi. That means he has no idea that the Tobi Sasuke was referring to is the "Madara" he fought during the Nine Tails Attack.
