I think after Sasuke gets his answers, he will tell Orochimaru to end the jutsu. But wait...after all of the talking between sasuke and the Kages they will realize the fourth ninja war. Hashirama will realize that he cannot move on with madara still around. Minato will try and confront the "masked man"/obito to aid naruto. Each kages will have something that they want to leave the ninja world. Once Orochimaru tries to end the jutsu, it will happen just like when itachi forced kabuto to. After the seal is released, there was a period when each Edo had free movement and could dictate their actions.
Tobirama will perform the hand signs to release Edo Tensei, and show the other three kages. They all are free, and this is where minato & Tobirama come in to play most importantly. It was said that Tobirama had powerful space-time techniques along with minato. They will team up to get the kages to the battlefield using a jutsu.
