it showed some of them transform into their tailed beast. So probably unless the tailed beast just took them all over. But none of them could as good as Naruto and Bee

Yagura was a perfect jin. Roshi and Yugito had quite a control above their TBs

Yagura was a perfect Jinjuriki......Yugito could go Tailed Beast Mode

All of the other Jinjuriki could transform into alternate states and Beast Mode.

Roshi apparantly had a friendship with Son Goku, but was a strict man who was too prideful apparantly to do so.

Han and Kokuo seemed to both be respectful people so it is possible they worked together.

Fu seemed to have a cheerful free spirited personality and Chomei called himself lucky number 7
