Obito actually was severed from the Juubi. You can see in the first panel that Rasenshuriken actually cut through, and then at the bottom panel where Obito and Madara land from jumping away, completely unattached.

If we are being technical, actual current Obito has neither the Juubi or the jins which reside in it. He still has Rinnegan techs, but it has yet to be seen what would happen if he tried to use paths currently. I doubt he would have the Jins with their Biju since they are all part of the Juubi.

Obito was cut from the Juubi and is now on the ground so he obviously can't use it in this fight. This is current Obito so he has no jins and can't destroy the Flower World. Hashirama wins by Obito fleeing to his dimension and hiding or he puts Obito to sleep and kills him.

Obito isn't finding the real Hashirama when he is mixed with his Mokuton Clones. Obito obviously loses.
