Is sasuke or Orochimaru going to try and blow up the building after they are done talking to the 4 hokages? I think they might, considering you can see a LOT of paper bombs in the chapter... EDIT: My guess is it's either Paper bombs or seals

Those are probably sealing tags from the Uzumaki clan. I doubt he would destroy such a place of vast knowledge for no reason.
