As soon as Zetsu was revealed to be an artificial Hashi clone, we should have realised that he would have a very laid-back, carefree, almost silly kind of personality. Personally, I didn't expect his personality to be as it is. I expected it to be serious, highly intelligent with the wisdom to boot.

Err I dont get the Goku/Vegeta parallel, Tobirama is nothing like Vegeta aside from a stern attitude and Hashirama is no more similar to Goku than is Naruto. If anything, the only parallel here is between Madara/Sasuke and Hashirama/Naruto. Tobirama is more akin to Danzo than anyone else.
