Kinda does though imo, there has been hints towards Naruto being the next Hashimara for a while and this just makes it fit with his personality being goofy like Hashimara. Naruto just needs more maturing to have wisdom like the first.

I so didn't expect him to be like that. I'm sure he is flying up in the popularity charts. What a fun and cool and tough guy. I loved *********** translation when he asked if the village is still standing now that Tsunade is the leader. That and Suigetsu's comments made me truly love Hashirama who I never really noticed or cared about. I think he felt deeply sorry for Madara and that makes him a great leader. Someone who cares about the village, yes, but someone who can also understand his enemy's feelings. Hell, he even cared about Sasuke's feelings. What a sunshine.
