First we need to find a way to get C away from Raikage. Second once we do that we need to knock him out and hold him until we can get in safely. Then we cause an uproar and get the hell out of the area.

I already know where they are kept besides they won't discuss this in detail with the feudal lords since the Kages know that the we might try to capture the Feudal lords to get information and the Jinchuuriki.
