Big Plot Hole?

I don't like picking plot holes out in naruto but this one stood out to me big time

That's the Minato vs Obito fight.

Firstly, I don't understand why Obito has decided to destroy Konoha all of a sudden, secondly he has Kurama, why not leave? I know he needs to put the tailed beasts in the Gedo statue in order but still.

The main point is, shouldn't the Uchiha clan be alive and well currently?
And an Uchuha should be able to control Kurama with the Sharingan can they not?
Sasuke can't be more than a few months old so they have to be alive.

Even if none of the Uchiha have unlocked the Sharingan (Which I highly doubt, can't be good Uchiha's then can they?)
Kakshi has his permanently activated so he should be able to use it.
Why didn't the Village take that into account?
Also why hasn't Kakashi used his Sharingan to suppress the nine tails before in part one?, we know Sasuke can.

first of all if you think kakashi can supress or control the nine tails with one puny sharingan not to mention the fact that hes not even Uchiha you must be reading the wrong manga i dont see a plot hole here i see stupidity its obvious that tobi attacking the village instead of keeping the ninetails and putting it into the gedo statue was because he was a kid... a reckless kid he wasnt thinking logicaly probly and just decided to attack konoha thinking he could take them on

There were a few Uchiha that could control the Kyuubi, one of them is Uchiha Madara and the other as u can see Tobi.

Because if he sealed the nine tails first it would destroy the balance of the gedo M. that's why they waited so long to get Naruto.
Plus the Uchihas couldn't do anthing about the nine tails they were fodder uchihas besides a couple maybe.
Kakashi wouldve gotten own, whats he gonna do with one sharingan and 2-3 shots of chidori?

1)Please reread part 1, examine Kakashi's stamina when it came to the sharingan, subtract 13 years of training, and answer your own question about Kakashi.

2)Overconfidence from Obito is why the Kyuubi attacked the village, he thought he could take Minato, so he focused on taking him out instead of fleeing with the kyuubi. It also seems he never expected Minato to be able to wrest Kurama from his control, if he had failed to beat Minato.

this is stupid.. only Uchihas are capable of stoping a Uchiha.. maybe he attacked the village to bring suspicion that the Uchiha were behind it. which made the top konoha adviser dwell in thoughts of eliminating the Uchiha so tobi's plan can go more smoothly, or perhaps black zetsu advised tobi to do so so no other Uchiha can get in their ways...

Sasuke only supresss a mini quarter and i m sure that was to make his first appearance in shipunden look beastly nothing more....
At the time tobi attacked the leaf the plan has not being layed out yet P.S notice only one person cannot extract it to the mazon you need 10 to 5 and at that time akatsuki is yet to be formed P.S obito did9't know he will loos the nine tails in the fight with the leafs the only plot hole is that obito just threw kurama's chakra into the mazo without extraction(rem.darui vs gin kin? The chakra darui sealed in the jar.P.S obito didn't unseal it before throwing it in so logically it not suppose to be functional till it unsealed but obvsly manga said juubi has it functioning)...
