The very fact Obito used the Kyuubi to attack Konohagakure has to be the greatest mistake he has or ever will do (other than wanting to have the Power of God for world domination. Also, it's always a mistake for the antagonist to reveal their master plan to other people because a smart one would have them keep guessing) is because of this simple fact: When Obito used mind control, the sharing of minds allowed the pooch to see what was going on in Obito's mind. Hence, the Kyuubi knows the truth of the Uchiha Massacre and likely knows has info on stopping Obito.

My second favorite is this: Madara should read the fine print on the tablet about the Uchiha and the tale of the Rikudou Sennin. While the Rinnegan can indeed fully decipher the text, it also has a negative effect: While the
tablet tells how to release the Juubi, it likely also tells how to stop it.

You are correct but Obito was still a naive young blood at that time. he could have just sealed the kyuubi inside Gedo Mazo instead of attacking the village. Also he was overconfident about handling Minato by himself and attacked him with a little preparation.
I guess his defeat by Minato gave him a little sense later.
And about the scroll of the first hokage, that thing will soon play its role in the upcoming chapters. And its gonna be awesome.

no he couldnt have because the kyuubi has to be sealed last. and back to op, if the kyuubi knew anything about obito he should really have shared it a big while back.

i do hope we see the scroll of seals again though. it has such great possiblities
