To the people who work out on Base (Heavy lifters, sport players, etc..) I need your help..

I'm 15, 5'10 and weigh 170 as of this morning I play main string Running Back for my High school football team (varsity), anyhow that's not the point.. I'm having a hard time gaining weight it took me 2 weeks to gain 2lbs (I've gained up to 7lbs in 2 weeks legit) I'm eating around 5.5k to 6k calories daily (I've got a fast metabolism)..

Anyways, anyone know how I can continue to gain weight with a 2lb or 3lbs gain each 2 weeks at least? (maybe more?)


PS..
To those saying I'm fat because my weight, they are wrong I'm toned like hell

Have you tried using any protein gain products?
Also carbs pack on the weight but you'll need to continue to do weights regularly or it WILL turn into fat. Use protein gain, train while you're on it, pump weights, work out, run etc. Then use protein lean when you reach a good weight you're comfortable with and continue to train. It'll rip your muscles, tone them and strengthen them by re-enforcing more muscular tissue.

My older brother was training with a body builder for a few years and he taught me some things, but I can't remember them exactly.

I wish I could lose that last pound keeping me from being ripped.
I gain muscle easy, but that mofo'in bit of bellyfat is trouble ><'

Drink a lot of protein (Around 2-4 times your body weight in grams) It'll aid you in bulking muscle and gaining weight...

I drink whey protein, max muscle, and muscle milk mix or separate sometimes (daily). It's probably the carbs I haven't been keeping track in how many I'm taking thanks man!

I might xd this summer april/june I think..Until then, I'll do it all natural trying to lose that belly fat, than getting strong in summer ;p

And if you your goal is to gain mass etc you have to eat twice as much protein than your weight per day. Each day you go to gym, you have to put more weights, not like 100kg, but just little like 1-2kg.

I told my friend to do thease and he gained 5kg in two weeks. I didnt write everything here so if you want to know some more, please send me a message!

well i dont recommend using whey proteins and that stuff cuz it got me to the hospital because if your constitution doesnt allow you to get many weight that is like it is and you shouldnt force yourself to do that just eat everyday a bit more than you did yesterday and eat at the exact time you did the day before :))

Don't sleep. When you sleep. Your body eats away at all the stuff. Well you're going to have to sleep but yeh.
Carbs can be found in root vegetables(good carbs) potatoes, taro (island potato) bread, grains, flour etc. Eat tons of it. Try to avoid fatty food though, you don't want to get poor health in the process.

Go here, these guys do it safely and have great tips.
