My theory is based on the facts stated by obito that Yin chakra was used by SO6P to create physical forms and Yang chakra grants life to the physical form.
Now, originally, bijus contain both yin and yang chakra and are capable of independent physical existence. But when sealed into the body of jinchurikis, their yin chakra is released or captured by the sealing person. This is to grant only the Yang part(or life force) of the biju to the jinchuriki to make him a stronger shinobi and asset to the village. The yin part cannot be transferred as the jinchuriki would not be able to accomodate two physical forms in one body.
This may explain why the jinchurikis die when the biju is removed. This is because the biju when released takes away both its own yang chakra as well as the yin chakra of user to be able to have an independent existence. And the jinchuriki dies due to depletion of its yin chakra.
This may also explain how the hachibi takes its true form(yin and yang) and bee remains in the mind (as only yang chakra because hachibi takes its yin chakra), similar to how kurama remains in naruto's mind(as it only has yang chakra).

Unless the sealers did what Minato did before he sealed Kurama inside Naruto, I don't see how they only have the Yang chakra.

so why can all the jinchuuriki partially transform into their beast, except naruto. He always had some version of the chakra cloak. And after the third tail the kyuubi was in control, while Bee has two versions of it, and can fully transform.

Every village had their own different method of sealing the biju inside a jinchuriki. They could also seal the yin part in different ways.

I think I explained how bee can fully transform. It takes the Yin of jinchuriki and due to it being friend with bee, returns it back to assume the bee(human form).
As for naruto, it could only use the yang part earlier(beast cloak). I am sure with time the transfer of yin chakra between naruto and kurama would improve with naruto fully transforming into beast form.
Besides, since making friends with kurama, naruto's form changed from being biju cloak to biju mode(though only partially).
And, as for the kyuubi having control after three tails, this was exactly the reason yamato and all others didn't want naruto to assume full 9 tails mode because kurama would have taken his yin chakra and set free.

when bee and gaara fully transformed their bijuus retained their original forms...so i think that both yin and yang are present....naruto is probably the only exception....but i appreciate your theory....
