I disagree. I mean think about it. Madara spent years in a cave before his finally awakened when he was near death.
Obito has had senju DNA and sharingan for what 18years and he had to resort to using Madaras awakened rinnegan he gave nagato. Or Danzo would also have had how many rinnegans on his arms. 10?

It takes years to evolve up to the rinnegan even if they have both requirements.

Sorry but this is off a bit. The only reason Obito doesn't have a Rinnegan(his own) is because Kakashi has got his other eye and some event is missing. Madara awakened his before death with Senju DNA. Madara states that to awaken his potential he must have both eyes. Maybe that's why we haven't seen him use Amaterasu and Sasunoo. Obito has both Senju and Uchiha DNA. All he's missing is one fateful event and his eye(Kakashi's borrowed Sharingan).

He has had how many spare sharingan lying around sense him and itachi slayed all their kin. He had 2 eyes and almost died to Konan. Why no rinnegan mister?

If sasuke gets rennigan the dojutsu will officially be old and played out. I dont think kishi would make sasuke even more of a stand still fighter by giving him rennigan. He already just sits there and spams sharingan techs, imagine how bad itd be with rennigan
