The first step is to make a few fodder edos. Just go to some random war torn village and take a few genin or jounin ninjas and turn em into your own personal slaves. These will be your workers, not fighters, so just get whoever you can find.
Step 2: Locating some MS eyes, EMS eyes or if your really lucky, the rinnegan. As everyone knows, if you die with MS, EMS or the rinnegan, if you are later revived with edo tensei you will still have it. Even if someone removed it from your eyes after you died! This is the cornerstone to making your edo army unstoppable. Once you have whatever pair of eyes you could find, kidnap a mid-level ninja with your edos. Implant your eyes of choice and murder the poor soul. Now, remove the eyes from him corpse and complete the ritual, reviving him with the eyes you now have to implant in someone else!
Step 3: Continue performing step two until you have around 100-200 edos with MS, EMS or the rinnegan, depending on what you could find. It's unclear if the MS blindness will affect edos, so be aware you may need to regularly replace blind soldiers if you are using MS. At this point you should be able to take on some of the larger villages. Always attempt to CAPTURE powerful ninjas, not kill. This way you can implant MS, EMS or rinnegan within them to make them even stronger then when they were alive. Be sure to go grave robbing along the way to get those great warriors from the first, second and third world wars.
