[Question] Just a quick question..

I was just curious, I've seen some people with like Konohagakure banners and Sunagakure as well and many others above their avatars. I was wondering, how do you get a banner like that above you're avatar? I was thinking it was just with a simple avatar request and get someone to do it but I wasn't for sure so if anyone could help me out with this that would be great! ^.^

Well it is advised that you RP when you are in a village. I mean you should be helping out your village x)
You could try get into a village just for the banner.. but good luck with that xd
