Who's your biggest naruto disappointment?

Who and why?

I have to say mine is probably SAI

when he first showed up I thought he was going to be as powerful as sasuke at the start of Part II
but he pretty much got owned by him

I didn't like Sai at first but later on when he started to be good, I liked him. I don't have any disappointments in Naruto. Kishimoto did a lot of work and spends his whole life to try to make us happy with the Naruto anime. Hope he makes an other one

Kakashi, and Neji.
Both had so much promise and never reallly got to show us them at their best.
Suppose there's still time for Kakashi, but i doubt it
