Well if we take into account that Obito at 14 was as tall as Minato and had a voice sexier than his, then it's safe to assume that if Sakura has two or three children, by the time they are 14 or 15 and their mother is 30 more or less they could spread the lineage... Give it a couple years and you get yourself another Uchiha Clan, no?

Restoration of clan takes time and its possible 4 it to happen..... I really hope it does but @ that point, naruto n sasuke will be like 70yrs of age plus like u know the uzumaki's are scattered all round the world so its easy 4 them to return when they find out they are no longer in danger..... I also think some uchiha's escaped during the massacre..... So its really possible to restore their clans
