I'd say the Madara or Sakura fanbase.

There are a lot of Madara fanboys/girls that express a lot of idiotic comments when their god Madara is beaten in any situation.

Sakura fanboys/girls can be idiotic, but most are aware that Sakura isn't as useless as she seems.

The only smart Sakura fan is Chatte.Maybe i haven't seen as much Sakura fans as you

It depends on why they like their respective character, not who the character is.
Example: Naruto-Good fans will say he has a lot of development and is a great character. Bad fans will say he is good and beats everyone.
Sasuke: Good fans will say he is an interesting, unique character whose pain we can't understand. Bad fans will say he is cool and good looking.
