Oh, ok I see your point yh but come on I bet you were one of those Itachi haters like me (I really was) before though supporting Sasuke to kill off Itachi and be the good guy

But, after the flashback made me feel like a **** for hating LOL

Well, let me tell you something, I got a friend (who conviced me to watch naruto alongside others) that is a b@stard. He told me about Jiraya and Neji's deaths.... And told me he used to dislike Itachi until a certain point, that made me think that he done something for the village... And before that, I didn't really have an opinion on him, just that he was really strong.

Nagato/Pain was such a bad ass. I personally loved Hidan the most, but Pain's character intrigued me the most. His level of badassness was untouched until Madara got revived. That's why I felt him reviving everyone, even for redemption was corny.

If Tobi told Naruto about Itachi before the fight it wouldn't have had the same effect. Itachi was labeld a villan, but there was still a shroud of mystery to his character. All we knew was that Sasuke's goal to that point was to kill him for his clan. Holding that info until after the fight made for a better point of no return moment for Sasuke.

Hmm yeah, it would make it sadder, but yeah the impact wouldn't be so great... Wow I finally found someone that likes Hidan too, I think he's underrated, if you don't have information about him, he's gonna be well hard to defeat

Kishi did Hidan a huge failure by not giving him a backstory on the Way of Jashin. No one is that screwed and whacked in the head for no reason. We found out more in the databook about Hidan than the magna. There was space in the magna to slip in a flashback without ruining the pacing of the immortals arc.

I'd like to know more about Hidan too. He's funny, and somehow I liked his ritual! I have to check that to know more about him!

Same here, I hated him for many reasons.. I'm a Hiruzen fanboy, I really like Hiruzen's personality and Danzo is just the opposite, I know that Hiruzen and Danzo were teammates.. so I was very intrigued how Hiruzen maintained his relationship with a greedy militia warhawk like Danzo..

and then just moments before Danzo died, it hit me hard when Danzo wanted to know what the 3rd Hokage really thought of him. (I mean, Danzo was constantly against Hiruzen's ideals)

That made me understood why Danzo is the way he is.. He wanted to be better than Hiruzen but he kept facing failure after another. Failure makes people motivated or greedy, and Danzo became greedy. He lives in Hiruzen's shadow his entire life so I felt sorry for him when he died.

Hope so too! Neji was amazing in the first part of Naruto, but then they didn't mention him too much in shippuden... A cool character, and a honourable death

Yeah true, you have to try and be better than what you were yesterday and concentrate in improving yourself, not trying to be better than others. But yeah I liked the flashbacks too, helped me to understand him a bit more, but still don't like him ahah

We don't know much about Tobirama but yeah, he died trying to protect the village! Same for his older brother I think. And you're the first one to mention Kisame, a really strong character that died in a honorable way for akatsuki (his "home")! And i like when people mention nagato and yahiko
