Team 1, Neji on his own would give Hiashi a hard time and with Hinata they take this mid-high diff.

Hiashi would win. His rotation is compared to (just compare the size and power). He defeated more than 20shinobis in one move with that technique

His vacuum(hakke kuuhekisho) is also compared to (hakke kuusho). You can see Neji was barely able to push Kisame when Hiashi's was able to counter even Juubi's tail coming at full force. We talk about a monster whose hand alone is , so what Hiashi did there alone was insane.

Hiashi's jutsu are simply on another level compared to those 2. Against Juubi, he even said that Neji's or Hinata's level of Kuusho to stop the attack, implying that they aren't on his level yet. , Hinata's needed a huge amount of Kyubi's chakra(even stated to be incomparably much more than what Kakashi received the first time) and eventhen judging by the impact in both situations, you can notice it's still not on Hiashi's level

So clearly Hiashi's level is greater than both of them, so it would barely even be a match for him if he is serious

Hiashi wont take this low diff. Neji himself will still give him a hard time despite his versions of their jutsu being much different. Hinata wont be powerful enough on her own to to much good besides going in for a brief second to attack with twin lion fists and then retreat to use her vacuum palm from a distance.

Anyways, it will probably go to Hiashi mid-high diff at least.

Neji and Hinata hit 128 fists and 64 fists at the same time and they own Hiashi.

Hiashi was able to do that because he used both his hands for a total of two vacuum palms to push the Jubi's tail back. Also you compare early Shippuden Neji to Hiashi when you should be comparing current Neji.

Hiashi said that Neji and Hinata won't be able to counter the Juubi's attack in time, not because of their level of power in their air palms. KM Hinata's vacuum palm is significantly stronger than Hiashi's.

OT: Hiashi could probably pull it off with high difficulty.
