Maybe if you used your brain you would know why they claim it lets you perform all jutsu. Its because it grants the user all 5 elements so they can use any jutsu of those elements, obviously special Dojutsu abilities like Susanoo is not included. The user also has to learn the jutsu first. Manga has made it very clear Rinnegan users can't use every single jutsu in the world.

My assumption isn't an assumption as Manga shows that Madara can use the Six Paths Techniques.

Your assumption in the bold is flawed. Rinnegan users can learn any jutsu in existence, obviously not Special Techniques like Susanoo. Rinnegan uses can't use any jutsu in existence. Use=/=Learn

The Sage invented the concept of Ninjutsu, not every ninjutsu in the world.

Where you getting this stuff from? Since when did the Sage invent the world? Also Susanoo is a Mangekyo Sharingan technique. Sharingan came into existence after the Sage died. So the Sage obviously doesn't have Susanoo. Common Sense.

Please...itachi is weak as **** he'll be destroyed by madara,nagato will be the harder one to kill but he'll eventually get fodderized(even tho his chances of survival is alot better than itachis)

Rinnegan is an upgraded Sharingan.
