So obto said you only need parts of all the biju for the jubi yer? And if garra still has like traces of 1 tails charkra from beeing a host. When garra shows up naruto will have a chance to get parts of all the biju, 1and 8 tails all he need he will get some sort of jubi power up and this will be his trump card for the jubi or less likely madara i wont him to be hashis bitch

garra doesn't have trace of power of 1 tail, if you're talking about the sand protecting him would be his mother's power.
