Onoki and Gaara take to the air and begin a fight on a gigantic scale, while Tsunade and A wonder why they're here, then fight each other pretty evenly. Doesn't matter which of A or Tsunade wins, the winner of Gaara v.s Onoki cleans them up after (which will be Onoki)

Once Gaara gets airborne, Tsunade and A basically can't touch him. And this is a guy with huge range who will have no trouble screening them out and grappling them in time to get airborne. If Gaara is fast enough to grab the 3rd Raikage, he's fast enough to slow these two down with waves of sand. And once airborne Gaara can turn the very ground beneath them into quicksand, create huge waves of sand from their earth, and gradually crush/wear them down, before sealing them.

It is obvious which team wins. I don't care about discussing the matchup. What I came here to do was point out how obvious the OP is in trying to boost his favorite character by pairing her with a powerhouse like Onoki against the two opponents that he chose. Tsunade is not very good. Weak taijutsu skills, no long range skills, doesn't have elite speed, doesn't have powerful ninjutsus or genjutsus. She just hits hard and heals and summons a slug.

Team 1 wins, Onoki and Tsunade is a a very deadly combo. With Tsunade pumping chakra into him they can use the giant Jinton that took out 25 Susanoo clones.
