Once released he uses shape manipulation, transforming the lightning chakra to take the shape of a ball, which he then throws with his dominate right hand towards the middle of a earth pillar. The ball hits the middle, ripping it apart, making the top of the pillar fall to the ground.

The lightning wall stands really tall, and is good for protecting me from earth or close range attacks.
