Why do people claim for a fact that Jesus existed?

I see this everywhere... people say that Jesus, the man, existed for sure. After some research, I found no evidence of his existence, only some hearsay accounts. If we haven't found any decent evidence, why do people claim this? How can you be 100% sure that he existed?

Isn't the Shroud of Turrah (I think that's it) kind of proof of Jesus's death? Also, there are Hebrew manuscripts from way back when. Most people say Jesus definitely did exist. Whether he be God or a good, moral man (which is contradictory) is up to you.

go ask a historian. They for some reason accept jesus existed. Honestly the man jesus did exist. There are many texts, and there is no reason for people to write books and stuff over a guy who didnt exist. No reason to begin a religion if a guy didnt exist. So unless you are the kind of guy to say that the holocaust was a conspricy and didnt exist, then Jesus exists.

His existance historicaly as a person is proven I believe.There are manuscripts and documents from that time that are reffering to him.Now as for his divinity that's up to anyone to believe.

Josephus was an old historian around the time of jesus. he has him on record. its the only evidence we have but why would a historian lie about 1 count of history. his name was not jesus though. the name jesus is greek . Yeshua is his real Hebrew name. we know for a fact the man existed but we cannot prove nothing he was able to do because thats where faith and religion start. maybe if you searched harder you would find evidence i found all this on google. im not saying its proven hes the son of god but its evidence he existed as a person.
