What does Minato need to top Hashirama?

Add one realistic technique, mode, or jutsu to Minato's arsenal that would make him a better shinobi than Hashirama.
I say Wind Release: Rasenshuriken. FTG, rasengan, kunai, and space-time barrier aren't going to cut it. Minato needs a long range jutsu.

What he needs is an element. That at least provides him with more versatility. I have a feeling ALL the hokage are going to reveal more.

He also has Toads and a variety of sealing techs.

Honestly, More experience. He probably already has an element, maybe even two, which he hasn't shown yet. Though this is just pure speculation, and therefore meaningless.

Minato still had his life ahead of him, full of potential. He would've topped him at some point. Sage mode, maybe?

Kakashi said every Jounin knows 2 Nature Transformations. Minato was a bloody Kage. He NEEDS to know at least one. What I think he needs is a more lethal technique than Rasengan. It's good against the likes of Neji, base Kabuto and Kakashi, but he is fighting Hashirama here.

A rasengan upgraded with his OWN nature transformation would be neat. FRS is pretty deadly, now consider how Minato's BASE Rasengan is as big as Naruto's Oodama. It would be stronger than the FRS, I feel.
