That's a good point. Although I may just point out, Minato's still dead. Like a zombie, he's the living dead. A soul in an undying body.

Madara is a tough one to decide as a non-edo, since we need to assume he didn't have the Rinnegan and Mokuton in his arsenal against Hashirama. Although one could say he had the Kyuubi on his team, but Hashirama's suppressive would techniques have shown to subdue its power.

I agree, Obito is underrated because many people bitch about him not using the Rinnegan, but they forget that his Rinnegan was busy with the Jinchuuriki, the Bijuu and now the Juubi, it's really a shame..
