I think the Chidori is a little bit stronger because it uses Elemental Transformation as well.

Also this is the wrong section, this belongs in the Naruto Question Section.

I like chidori more..its deadlier..cause it penetrates (=killing organs such as the heart/lungs etc) rasengan is more devastating...but its not pierzing.. so whats better a warhammer or a sword? depends on how u use it and what is needed
