Enma Cage= No kick. She can't break through Enma unless she used a chakra Enhanced Strength maybe, which she doesn't use via Heavenly kick of Pain IIRC. Chakra enhanced strength is different than just normally using chakra to strengthen your techniques I believe.

The old man can use max 2 Shadow clones. Tsunade was able to survive when 5 EMS + Rinnegan Susanoo clones attacked her. I bet she can deal with 2 simple shadow clones too.

And if you want to go A>B>C logic, I will be happy to explain. Databook says if Hiruzen was 60, he would have beaten Oro easily. Oro in pt1 > Tsunade. Therefore Hiruzen > Tsunade
