Where did the byakuugan first appear?

Well he knew enough to awaken the MS on his own...not even being an Uchiha. Not too shabby.

Also, everything that has been hinted at in the past has gained a sense of closure in the future: talked about Madara...he shows up. Talk about Shisui: his eyes show up. Talk about Hashirama: he has an army of fodder clones made from him. I would hope Kishimoto will explain it in full.
