Why would he summon the toads? They're too big, they would get in the way, and they're just sitting targets to be honest. They wouldn't be of much help.

1. a lot of things are contradicted.. deal with it. Honestly, it would be rather drab if nothing could be proven wrong or if there was no margin of error. He also showed Obito being crushed by rocks, but he's still alive. The reason he said it couldn't be undone is because they didn't know any better. In a sense, the same way some said the world was flat until it was proven round.. (bad analogy? lol)

That's because there's literally nobody at the village right now. They're all out fighting in the war. With Sasuke's mindset, what's the point in destroying a village when its people are elsewhere? xD it's the leaf as a whole he wants to destroy, not just the place itself.
