4. Take the Rinnegans of each of the 6 Paths
5. Congratulations, you now have 12 new Rinnegans

You can also repeat the process with new bodies to have infinite Rinnegans

I'm pretty sure if you remove the eye from the body, the eye would stop being Rinnegan and go back to normal since it was cut off from the chakra rods that allow the Rinnegan to be reflected into the bodies.
