1. Haku - Neji stomps. Byakugan is perfect against the Ice Wall.

2. Kiba - Neji low-mid diff.

3. Choji - Neji low-mid.

4. Zabuza - beats him easily. Neji lacks Kakashi's dogs to smell him and unless Byakugan can see through fog he gets sliced in two. if somehow Byakugan does see through the mist, Neji wins high diff.

5. Land of Waves Arc Kakashi - Neji wins. Kakashi can't use sharingan properly here.

6. Beggining of Part 2 Sasuke - If Sasuke has the Cursed Seal he beats him easily. If not, Sasuke - high diff.

7. Healthy Kimmimaro - Kimmimaro beats him. His last jutsu can't be countered by Neji.
