maybe the dna was extracted from madara before he died... with the full DNA... DNA wouldn't be 100% without everything that goes with it.. in this case.. the eyes... if these eyes were missing the DNA wouldn't be 100%... and that's how we have young madara instead of old madara... maybe you can take DNA through the ages as well and resurect anyone at any age... in this case... there prime... and that would explain why we have young madara instead of old crusty madara that saved obito...
